Built to Impress — Designed to Perform

We developed a full-featured e-commerce portal for PickTiles, one of Pakistan’s leading online stores for tiles, ceramics, and building‐materials, enabling customers to shop for their favourite products and have them delivered anywhere in the country. The project aimed to combine excellent user experience with strong operational features to support growth, sales, and customer satisfaction.

Key features of the portal include:

• Listing management: categorized tiles, ceramics, sanitary fittings, laminates, installation materials, accessories, etc., with filters (size, finish, price, etc.) to help users find the exact product they want.

• Real-time pricing: live updates of product prices and stock availability to ensure customers always see accurate information.

• Delivery / logistics integration: customers can order from anywhere in Pakistan (with shipping / delivery zones); tracking of orders so customers can see where their order is in the delivery pipeline.

• Smart UX / design: clean, easy navigation, with good visuals, sample previews, and showroom listing tools; also mobile responsive.

• Additional functionality: maybe live chat or some instant contact (e.g. WhatsApp), quoting / price match features, customer reviews or feedback, wishlist or sample request feature, “get a quote” for large or custom orders.

The result is an e-commerce portal that doesn’t just look good but works well: improves conversion, reduces friction, gives customers confidence in choosing products, and supports PickTiles’ ambition to be a virtual one-stop shop for home / workplace styling in Pakistan.
